Minervas offers a variety of American fare, fresh pastas and seafood, and is known for hand cut CAB Beef.  Minervas is attached to the Ramkota Hotel and is located inside South Dakotas premier event facility with capacities for 1 to 1200.  The Watertown Event Center has up to date technology and has 32,000 Sq. Ft. of flexible event/meeting space, which breaks into 17 different meeting rooms along with the Heritage Theatre which features graduated seating for 284 people, perfect for General Sessions, Corporate Speakers/Meetings, Concerts, and Theatrical Performances.
